You’re Doing Affiliate Marketing All Wrong

What’s the easiest way to make money online, without having to create a product or a sales page? Affiliate marketing, of course. 🙂

So, why is it that most affiliate marketers never make nearly what they could make? Anyone has the potential to make HUGE money in affiliate marketing, yet 90% or more of affiliates make a pittance (I’ll wager the number is closer to 98%, in fact.)

You’re Doing Affiliate Marketing All Wrong

Think about this: If you earn an average of $50 on each sale in a sales funnel you promote, and you make 6 sales, you’ve made $300. Sounds good, right?

But guaranteed, there is someone else who made 600 sales and walked away with $30,000.

Why did they make 600 sales when you made just 6?

There are reasons why a handful of affiliate marketers do amazingly well, and everyone else barely makes a profit.

And marketers who understand this will always have a tremendous advantage over marketers who don’t.

1: Build a Relationship

I know you’ve heard it before, but are you doing it? People buy people, not products.

If you want them to open your email and click your link, or visit your Facebook Group and click a link, you’ve got to have a RELATIONSHIP with your people.

This is so simple to do, yet few marketers take the time.

Start with a blog post that is all about you, and then send new opt-ins to the post so they can get to know you. Make the post silly, funny and most of all REAL. Talk about the stupid stuff you’ve done, the mistakes you’ve made, where you live and so forth.

Do you have a strange hobby or unusual taste in food? Include that. Do you have 17 pets? Talk about them. Do you work until 3 in the morning and sleep until noon? Mention that.

Reveal the real you. Not the details people don’t want, but the ones that amuse and interest. You’re looking to make a real connection, not give a resume.

And above all else, don’t make your life seem like a series of magnificent accomplishments. No one is going to relate to someone who turns everything they touch into gold.

But they are going to relate to the time you bought Bitcoin when it was worthless and sold it just before it took off, or the time you thought you could fly and jumped off your uncle’s barn into the manure pile.

And don’t stop with your ‘about me’ page, either. Use this relationship building in your lead magnet, your emails, your other blog posts and so forth.

Always inject a little bit about yourself. Not so much that you bore people, of course, or make everything seem about you. But just enough to keep it real.

Think about relating an event to a friend. Aren’t you going to give your own perceptions of what happened, as well as tell about how you got out of your car and stepped in the mud puddle just before your big presentation?

Use this same method of personal, one-on-one friend communication with your readers as well.

Post on your blog as often as possible, and we’re talking every day or two. Encourage your list to subscribe to Feedburner or the equivalent so they know when you add a new post.

Your readers will realize you’re a real person who isn’t out to pitch them a new product every 5 minutes. And they’ll gladly read your sales emails much more readily when they know there is a real live human being who is sending them these messages.

2: Use Your Own Voice

How many emails do you receive that say something along the lines of, “Buy this product – this product is the greatest product ever – you will be sorry if you miss this – so rush right over and buy it now.”

Yeah. Same old stuff, over and over again.

There is a marketer (or maybe several, but I’m thinking of one in particular) who sells MASSIVE quantities of this exact type of emails as a swipe file to new marketers.

Like a brand-new marketer couldn’t write their own 25 word email that basically says, “GO BUY THIS NOW!”

People are TIRED of getting these emails. You’re tired of getting these emails. I’m tired of getting these emails.

Same phrases, same message, same B.S.

If you’re not going to stand apart from the crowd, then you’re going to have to share the same crumbs they’re getting.

Instead, take 30 minutes and write your own promotional email in your own voice.

Forget hype. Be sincere. Be honest. “Hey, this product isn’t for everyone. I don’t even know if it’s for you. But if you have this problem, then maybe this is your solution. Check it out and decide if it’s right for you, because I know it’s worked like crazy for some people. And it’s on sale right now, too.”

I’ve written emails where I basically tell people not to buy something unless they really really want it or need it. “Don’t buy this if you already know how to do xyz.” “Don’t buy this if you’re not going to be doing this type of marketing.” This is only for people who want (fill in the blank.) It’s like I’m trying to talk them out of it, which paradoxically often results in more sales, not fewer.

But the point isn’t tricking them into buying; it’s to be honest. Because you know what? That latest, greatest product you’re promoting ISN’T what everyone on your list needs. Some of them, sure. The rest of them, no.

Do you have any idea how refreshing it is to open an email that says, “Here’s a new product, thought you might want to know, but please don’t buy it if you’re not going to use it.”

The first time I got an email like that, I bought the product without even reading the sales letter. True story. I was just so happy that someone wasn’t ramming a sale down my throat, that I jumped at the chance to buy it.

Weird but true.

My point is, be you. Be honest. Talk to your readers as though they are your best friends and you don’t want to lose your best friends by acting like a carnival barker who is here today and pulled up stakes (vanished) tomorrow with their money.

3: Email a LOT

This is the one where people like to argue with me, and I understand that.

You’ve heard over and over again that you shouldn’t email too often, or you’ll upset your subscribers, right?

After all, every time you email, there is the potential that a subscriber will hit the unsubscribe button.

Do you know what the potential is when you DON’T email? Nothing. No opens, no clicks, no sales… not even any relationship building.

Do you want people to open and read your emails? Then send out those emails EVERY DAY.

Here’s why:

First, almost no one will see every email you send out. Let’s say you’ve got a sale on one of your products. Don’t you think your readers might like to know about it? But if they miss the one and only email you send that lets them know, then they’ve missed out on the discount and you LOST a sale.

Second, send emails at different times. I opened someone’s email just yesterday, decided I was VERY interested in the new membership he was selling, clicked the link and discovered it was no longer available.

What happened? This particular marketer only sends out emails at 1:00 a.m. my time, so I don’t even see most of his emails in the avalanche of mail I get before I wake up.

Third, if you’re sending email once a week or once a month, your readers are forgetting who the heck you are. And when you finally do send an email, they think it’s spam.

Fourth, if you mail more often, you will make more money. Don’t take my word on this, just do it for one month. Send out one email per day, every day, for 30 days. Put a promotion in each one. See if you haven’t made more – a LOT more – money during that time period than during the previous month.

And by the way, I’m not saying JUST send out a promotion in each email. Make sure you have some content in there as well, even if it’s just an amusing anecdote.

4: Think of affiliate marketing as a BUSINESS

This isn’t a hobby, nor is it an add-on for an additional income stream.

Even if you go on vacation, be prepared to send out an email every day. Schedule them in advance or write them on vacation. Either way, affiliate marketing to your list is a business that you can’t just jump into when you need cash and forget about the rest of the time.

You don’t have many support issues, since the product owners handle this. You don’t have to worry about creating products, sales pages and so forth. You don’t have to drive traffic, unless it’s to build your list bigger.

With so much you don’t have to do, there’s no reason not to focus your time and energy into building relationships with your list and promoting to them every single day.

Affiliate marketing can be some of the easiest money you’ve ever made, if you put in the time and effort to make it a real business.

The Blind Spot Of “Long Tail Keyword”

Like every Internet marketer, after taking some courses and readings, I started doing Adwords campaign applying a lot of “long tail keywords”, and I must say that the result is it sucked! Excuse my words, but that is the best word to describe my campaign!

It is important to learn how to interpret the theory behind the experts by testing their theory and continuously modifying and perfecting it.

What matters behind “long tail keywords” is determining the “right long tail keywords”. How will we ensure that such long tail keywords are used by the people (prospects) to find their answers?

In “Research and testing”, find out what’s happening in the niche by visiting forums, blogs, article directories and anything else that talks about it. Identify the wording, the problem, and the solution! Research the keyword list with a keyword tool as usual. Start with the generic search terms found during research, don’t dig too deeply into long tail keywords just yet. Watch and observe closely, determine which keyword gets the most clicks or impressions, and track which organic keyword drives traffic to your site (Google Analytics will do the job).

Once you have found the gold in your niche, expand your research and tested keywords into “long tail keywords”.

This is my fastest way to PPC marketing and niche marketing, through identifying the process, finding the weak point, and creating your own product to market.

To do keyword research effectively, you need to simulate your customer, put yourself in their shoes, feel like them, think like them, and ask yourself what you want, what’s the problem and how to fix it. It is always a good idea to open up your keyword research tools while you are thinking and confirm the market every time you have an idea!

While Google is the largest provider of PPC marketing, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter will likely convert sales better in terms of conversion and profitability because they are less competitive. Try all possible providers before you limit yourself to one. If Google has 60% market share and you do not fill up the 40% gap, you are losing money.

Lastly, let me share my 3 tips for a successful marketing campaign:

  1. Provides a solution to a problem, not just a product to fill the gap. You will experience a huge increase in conversions. (Make your customer’s life easier, this is the key to long-term success, especially when you are trying to build a good relationship)
  2. Track your website traffic, and visitors’ behavior, and split test your ads, landing pages, and sales pages.
  3. During testing, eliminate the “loss” factors, increase the “profit” factors, and consistently monitor and improve the campaign.

Hope this information is helpful, and you are welcome to share any ideas and thoughts with me.

Building Blocks For A Successful Blog – Get It Right Now!

It is important to know three things if you want to build a successful blog. The idea that building a successful blog is the easiest task out there isn’t true. It takes more than just setting up a blog to chat about your life to be a successful blogger. To have the foundation for a successful blog, you need to focus on these three building blocks. To make your blog successful, you need more than just these three building blocks. Read on to learn how to make your blog successful.

The Look

For a blog to succeed, it must have an appropriate look from the start. When you start your blog, you can start it with an appropriate style. Many blogging software programs will provide you with guidance on how to set up your blog’s style. You will see that there will be different templates available to you if you are using a blogging program that caters to beginners. There will be something for everyone if you are using a blogging program that caters mostly to beginners.

Choose a color scheme for the layout by going through the templates. Experiment with the layouts to see which looks best on your computer screen. You can always go back and change the template later if you wish to change the look of your blog. You can even hire a professional to do the job for you if you wish if you are creating your own blog without using a pre-created template. You should make it look as professional as possible. Your readers are more likely to take your posts seriously if your blog looks professional.

The Content

Second, you will need to create interesting content for your blog if you want to make it successful. Although you can choose to create posts that have no direction or purpose, you will see an increase in traffic when you write interesting commentary or short articles filled with information. Even though you may find your day to day activities interesting, most readers won’t enjoy them unless you make them humorous.

In addition, it is important to note that the more content on your site, the more successful it will become. The more posts you make, the more likely one of them will attract the attention of someone searching for the same topic. It is basically a numbers game at this point.

The Ads

The third building block is advertising. Bloggers can make a steady income using advertising on their blogs. The trick is to have a good mixture of ads and content, however. Your blog will not attract readers if it has too many ads, which will distract them and make them avoid your site. Keeping in mind that you should not have more than two or three ads per blog page is a good rule to remember.

It is important not to overwhelm your readers with ads. You should only present them so that the readers can explore them further if they wish. Avoid flashing ads and other bold ads that will annoy your readers. It is also important to choose the right advertising program. If you want to get started in the advertising arena quickly, try Google Adsense, an easy-to-use program.

The Dedication

In order to get positive results from your blog, you have to be dedicated to it. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort. Even if you have the other three components, you will not be getting optimum results unless you take the time to update your posts each day. The dedication you put into your blog can hide the fact that you are a beginner and help you create an attractive and functional blog. No matter how little experience you have, dedication can overcome that. You can have a great blog as long as you devote some time to it.

Becoming an Internet Entrepreneur – Tips and Tricks!!!

Do you want to become an Internet Entrepreneur with your very own Web Business? To get you fast-tracked, we have included a vast selection of tips and tricks to make your online business the success that it deserves to be.

1) First of all, choose a domain name that is somehow related to the business you are in. For example, if you are looking for a domain name for your woodworking business, you might want to try using a name like www.woodworkingforfun.com or www.cafinglikecrazy.com. It is important to use a “real” domain name. Your visitors will not take your business seriously if you use a free domain name like www.tripod.com/woodworking, or www.angelfire.com/wooddesigns.

You will find a domain name that is still available if you are patient enough, even if a lot of good domain names have already been taken. Get that domain name now too if you anticipate you will need more than one. Do a search under “Google” using “cheap domain names” as your search words. You will find some very reasonably priced domain registrars. GoDaddy.com is the cheapest one I have found so far. They offer web hosting and cheap, cheap, cheap domain registration.

2) You will need a hosting service for your domain name. The hosting service allows your domain name and all of its content to be viewed on the internet. This is easy to handle. You have basically two choices here. You can pay for the hosting service or get it for free. If money is not really a problem for you, then you may want to choose the paid version. Just do a search using “Google” with “web hosting” as your search words, and take your pick from the thousands of sites. You will find that the price charged varies wildly depending on the services required. Now if you want to explore the free version…. There are a lot of free hosting companies on the internet. The problem with these free hosting companies is that they all require some sort of pop-up banner, static header or footer banner, or both, to be placed on each and every web page. These banners can contain all kinds of advertising, and some, or all of it, may not be welcome to the viewers on your website. The free hosting option is certainly not the best one to explore. To save you time, I would recommend www.GoDaddy.com again for the most economical hosting of your website.

3) Once you have your domain name and hosting service taken care of, you will probably need a way to build your web content for your site. Sometimes your web hosting service provider includes a site builder such as WordPress – Drupal. WP is a very easy page builder program and you can find tons of information on your tube on how to build a page.

4) Your “woodworking” site probably needs a little more customizing. Look at other sites on the internet for comparison and see what could be improved visually on your site. Does it need any flashy graphics? There are many free graphics available on the internet  – just do a search with google. Once you are happy with the way your website looks, it’s now time to focus on that fun part – SEO.

What Is SEO?

Search Engine Optimization is the process of choosing the most appropriate targeted keyword phrases related to your site and ensuring that this ranks your site highly in search engines so that when someone searches for specific phrases like woodworking it returns your site on top.

If you are comfortable using “HTML”, then you could add things like Title, Meta Keywords, Meta Descriptions, etc., allowing the search engines to find your website much easier.  The use of “keyword phrases” is much more useful than just using “keywords”, because it makes your website more search specific. Go ahead and add a “woodworking” links page too. Another tip is to make sure you back up your site. There are few things worse than customizing a website and if something bad happens to your computer or hard drive, losing the web content forever.

5) At this point, you probably already have your website built and have it live. Now you need to “drive” visitors to your site. One popular way of bringing traffic to your site is to use a free link exchange or free link trading service. For the free link exchange service, you just sign up and put your URL in the rotator and boom you have traffic to your site. The free link trading service is very simple also. This trading of links increases your site’s popularity greatly with search engines.

One of the most important things you can do to gain traffic is to get listed with the major search engines. Go to each search engine, or use a free service like www.AddMe.com and add your website there. There are also what is called “pay-per-click” search engines where you actually pay for traffic sent to your website. Other search engines require payment in order to get listed with them at all. “Yahoo” is one of these “pay” search engines.

6) Please be advised that is illegal to “Spam” on the internet or via e-mail. Spamming is sending unwanted e-mails or putting internet advertising material, or internet material in general where it should not be. That being said, another method of marketing and promoting your site is to add your site to casino and gambling message boards and free for all links pages. Please check to see if it is ok to post your info there first, and in which category, and anywhere else before posting there. If you “Spam”, you risk losing your internet service provider, and possibly your web host with all of your web content. It’s just not worth the trouble.

7) Another way of promoting your site is to add your website address to your business cards, and/or makeup flyers and posters. Don’t forget to get permission before you post anything anywhere. If you have other websites, add a banner and/or link to your “woodworking site there. Make a t-shirt with your “website” graphic and web address on it (on both sides of the t-shirt) for yourself to wear. If you want, add your “woodworking” graphic logo and web address to different products like baseball caps and coffee mugs, and give them away as promotional items.

Buy an ad on a bus stop, a small classified ad in the local paper, or a radio ad, etc. How about getting two of those “12 inch x 12 inch” sticky, bendable, removable, flat, “magnet ads” made up at your local printing store to put on the sides of your vehicle’s doors? When you drive around the city, everybody will see your website ad and when you get to your destination, simply take the sign off until you leave again. How about putting one of your “woodworking” flyers or small posters on the inside of your vehicle’s rear side glass areas? Just make sure it doesn’t obscure your vision. The idea is to use your creativity here.

I hope these pointers are of good use to you. Good luck with your online web business!!!

Tips to Get Repeat Web Traffic

1. Update the pages on your website frequently. Stagnant sites are dropped by some search engines. You can even put a date counter on the page to show when it was last updated.

2. Offer additional value on your website. For affiliates and partners, you can place links to their sites and products and ask them to do the same for you. You can also advertise their books or videos if these products relate to your industry and are not in competition with your own product.

3. You can allow customers to ‘opt in’ to get discounts and special offers. Place a link on your site to invite customers to ‘opt in’ to get a monthly newsletter or valuable coupons.

4. Add a link to your primary page with a script ‘Book Mark or Add this site to your Favorites’.

5. Add a link ‘Recommend this site to a Friend’ so that the visitor can email your website link, with a prewritten title, “Thought you might be interested in this”, just by clicking on it.

6. Brand your website so that visitors always know they are on your site. Use consistent colors, logos, and slogans, and always provide a ‘Contact Us link on each page.

7. Create an ‘Our Policies’ page that clearly defines your philosophy and principles in dealing with your customers. Also, post your privacy policy so that clients know they are secure when they visit your site.

8. Create a FAQ page addressing most of the doubts and clarifications about your product or company that are likely to be asked. This helps to resolve most of the customer’s doubts on their first visit to your site.

9. Ensure that each page on your website has appropriate titles and keywords so that your customer can find their way back to your site if they lose the bookmark.

10. Never spam a client, who has opted for newsletters, with unsolicited emails. Later if they decide they want to ‘opt out’ of the mailings, be sure you honor their request and take them off the mailing list. They may still come back if they like your products. But they will certainly not come back if you continue to flood their email box with emails they no longer wish to receive.

Maximum Exposure on Low Cost Internet Ad

(Make the most of a low cost Internet advertising method)

An organization’s success is determined by how it presents its product/service to consumers. What is really important is how that product/service is presented to the target market to capture it.

In addition to the package, the ad media also plays a significant role in creating awareness for the product or service.

What may be its advantages over other proven mediums like best-selling TV ads?

Advantages

1. Low Cost

Although Internet ads are seen as “classy” or far-reaching, they are far cheaper than other advertising channels. Internet Ad Packages start at $29.99 for a one-month run time.

2. Capture market

In order to attract the younger generation or corporate-oriented customers, Internet advertising would be the best choice since they would always be “hooked up” to the sites that may link to yours. A result is a high number of “hits” on your website.

3. Hassle free

If you have a PC, and some knowledge and bright ideas, you could open your website, search for the best Internet Ad package, and check/update the status of your ad. You might never have to leave your house to advertise.

4. Updated ads

Unlike TV ads, which must be updated regularly, Internet ads can go for quite some time without needing to be updated. If this is the case, you can easily make changes to the site yourself.

Disadvantages

1. Scope

If you only advertise through the Internet, you may be able to capture a limited market. Although most people are now into the use of technology, i.e. surfing the Internet, the majority of the average consumer still relies on the old form of advertising as a means of gathering information about certain products/services.

2. Additional cost

Entrepreneurs will have to incur additional costs if they hire another professional or establishment to create their website for their product or service.

Having carefully reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of low-cost Internet advertising, entrepreneurs can now decide whether it is appropriate for their product or service.

Internet ads are designed to give the brand the maximum amount of exposure at the least possible cost. Doesn’t that sound promising?

With the right strategy, you can make the most out of this low cost advertising solution if you are a business owner looking for a low cost solution to advertise your product or service online.

Your Business Can Survive a Recession

When there is a drought, most farmers pray for rain. Will that make rain fall from heaven? No, and the same thing will happen when you are stuck in a rut during a recession. You have to wither out the storm because the only way your business can survive is to wait it out.

The best way to reach people is to use marketing, no matter how big or small your business is. During a recession, you have to make cuts in the budget, and rather than spend more on advertising, it is better to use this money on retraining your staff because customer service is key when you want to set yourself apart from the competition.

The best way to reduce your income from the business will be to lower your profit margins until such time as you can raise them to normal levels if you are the owner.

Another solution is to offer sales and discounts to ensure customer loyalty. This will ensure that you will satisfy the most important person you will meet in your business, the customer.

It is necessary to inform shareholders of the situation, even if they already know. You just have to reassure them that things will improve. After all, recessions are cyclical, so they will soon gain back their investment.

If you are a gambler, this is the best time to buy new equipment and try to take a larger share of the market. Many businesses will retrench their workers and close several offices during a recession. Make sure you get a fixed rate so that you won’t have a problem paying for the goods.

It might seem as if most banks aren’t willing to lend money to people, but thanks to the bailout, they are. So that the bank knows what you are doing during the recession and understands that these steps are for the long term, you just have to let them know what you are doing.

You should be prepared to let some people go when the going gets tough and cutting expenses isn’t enough to keep your business afloat. When letting people go, make sure you are only dismissing employees who can be replaced easily once the crisis is over.

Create a website to offer your products or services to other towns, states, and countries if you want to expand your customer base.

When you get to have your own business, you are at the helm. No one is going to tell you what to do and you are supposed to set the direction. If you have doubts as to what you can do to survive a recession, don’t be afraid to ask other owners what steps they have taken. Sharing this information is beneficial to both since nobody wants to give up.

Everyone is affected by a recession, regardless of whether they are employed or running their own business. The severity of the recession depends entirely on your financial situation, and you must assess it first.

Building Your List with Articles

You can build your list simply by writing articles, whether you have thought of it or not.

You write and submit articles on your area of expertise or business nature to popular article directories where eZine publishers and readers are looking for information on your topic.

Using your viral marketing efforts as an opportunity to write articles can be rewarding. In the real sense, you are actually demonstrating your expertise about your business and proving your worth.

You can actually build your mailing list by attaching your resource box to your articles. In your resource box (also known as bio box), you include a brief description about yourself and your business site along with its URL.

Your resource box URL should link to your mailing list’s landing page where your visitors can enter their name and email address, so you can build your mailing list for free.

It makes an excellent result: viral marketing for you, without any effort on your part, if your articles are found to be worthy of sharing by other eZine publishers.

You can start by writing and submitting your articles to trusted article submitter sites. The best article submission website is Google Sites, followed by HubPages and EzineArticles. These article submission websites have instant approval, high Domain Authority, and a large audience for reading articles. I have provided a list of sites that you can use.

Should You go into Affiliate Marketing in 2023?

It’s likely you receive a lot of emails each day from marketers promoting affiliate offers.

In addition, they earn hundreds of dollars and sometimes even thousands of dollars in commission per email they send out.

While your inbox is going crazy with promotional emails, the affiliate marketer is absolutely flooded with sales notifications. Just because you did not take advantage of the offer does not ensure others won’t. As an affiliate marketer, you don’t even need a lot of sales to be successful.

For example, if I promote an offer to 1,000 email subscribers, I only need 8 sales of a $249 offer to earn $1,000+ (assuming 50% commission for each sale).

It means 8 sales from a 1,000 subscriber list. Now, imagine when you have a 5,000 or 10,000 subscriber list. The hard part about affiliate marketing is setting up a system for building your list.

The next step would be to write emails to generate sales from your email list every day. If you can master this, you’ve built a complete side gig that can replace your full-time income.

You don’t need to create your own products. Trust me, creating products, especially software-related ones, is very hard and frustrating.

A good affiliate marketer earns money while the product owner takes care of customer support. Most of your work will be done for you. Promotional emails will only take you half an hour to create each day.

Most times, the owner of the product will even provide you with the email you will use in your promotion. So, you just copy and paste or slightly edit it and send…10 minutes work.

Especially when it comes to email marketing, affiliate marketing is super simple.

What are the basic requirements for affiliate marketing?

The first thing you need to do is choose an affiliate platform. This is where you’ll find products to promote. Affiliate platforms are also responsible for ensuring you aren’t cheated by product owners.

If you’d like to become an affiliate marketer, there are many platforms out there, including ClickBank, JVZoo, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Warrior+, etc.

If you already have a JVZoo account, you’ll need to sign up as an affiliate. To do this, click here: https://www.jvzoo.com/auth/register. You’ll then need to choose a product.

In your JVZoo dashboard, click on “Affiliates” and select “Find Products” from the drop-down menu.

You want to pick and promote only products with a high conversion rate. By this, I mean products that sell easily when you promote them. The platform has thousands of products already, and over 20 products are released every day.

In order for a product to sell, there are many factors involved. These include the sales letter, the positioning, the page load, the graphics, and the video. When you try to promote vendors who don’t give their best in this area, you’ll fail.

So, before you pick a product, be sure to check its conversion rate, and even go through the sales page yourself and see. You should also buy or get review access to the product to ensure the product works as promised.

Once you’ve tested the product and confirmed that the sales page is good and has a great conversion rate, you can request an affiliate link.

(Warning) The affiliate platform will ban you from the platform for life if you purchase the product using your affiliate link…it’s fraud. Following the creation of your affiliate link, you need to drive traffic to it. This is where many people get confused. There are many ways you can promote your affiliate links.

Your affiliate link can be added to a review blog where you talk about the product. If you have an email list, you can promote the product through your email list. Or you can create a YouTube channel where you review the product and share your affiliate links with your viewers.

Now, here’s the bitter truth:

Before your blog or YouTube channel will start getting organic traffic, you’ll need to keep posting content for months to get a few sales.

You may have noticed that the big affiliate marketers you know don’t rely on blogs or YouTube channels to promote affiliate offers. They build their email lists.

The reason is simple: it’s a traffic-on-demand channel.

Let me give explain further:

A post I make today on my blog or YouTube channel can take up to 5 – 10 days before it reaches 500 visitors, of which only a fraction will click. I assume I already have more than 20,000 subscribers on both platforms.

If I have an email list of 2,000, I can get up to 1,000 views on my email in one day, and most of these will click on my link. Consequently, having an email list guarantees instant and rapid traffic to any offer I promote.

How To Use Creativity To Improve Your Life

“Are there still original ideas in the world?”

“They beat me to that bright idea; what else can I do?”

“I’ve failed many times before that I can’t think of anything else to solve this problem anymore.”

In all its diversity, these statements reflect the mindset of an individual who has given up on creativity. Sadly, many people share this mindset. They never viewed creativity as a tool to improve or improvise in life.

A situation that requires a solution can be approached in a variety of ways. In order to solve a problem, creativity opens up new horizons, which can deliver a number of benefits. However, creativity can sometimes be misinterpreted as obstinateness. Some people consider insisting on doing things differently a sign of stubbornness.

Every individual has the freedom to interpret ideas in his or her own unique way. Interpretations themselves are creativity at work. Individuals who enjoy creative thinking are often able to come up with innovative solutions to problems.

Imagine your car stalled on a deserted highway due to a leaky rubber hose on the cooling system. Tough luck!

If you have some chewing gum in your pocket, you might be able to fix it. You can patch the leak with gum and tie it with a rag to keep it in place. This quick fix might work so that you can drive several miles without an overheating engine, until you reach a service station where the leaky hose must be replaced.

A popular television series titled “MacGyver” starred an extremely creative and resourceful character. Whenever he found himself in a tight spot, he would use available materials around the house to devise quick fixes.

The creative process is a never-ending learning process. From learning, you gain untold benefits, which you can put to use in your daily life.

When it comes to being creative, you might have to think outside the box, venture into the uncommon. Until you try your ideas, you cannot be sure. As long as there is no perceived danger involved, it will always be worth it.

The field of science, in whatever discipline you choose, is the field of invention. Without creative minds, science would have been a barren wasteland of knowledge.

Most adaptations to improve or improvise aim to improve current conditions. Upon analyzing honest applications of creativity, it is clear that the ultimate intention is to achieve good for all and to build lasting peace. This intention is what really matters.

Erich Fromm spelled it out clearly, “The conditions for creativity are: to be puzzled, to concentrate, to accept conflict and tension, to be born everyday, and to feel a sense of self.”
