Work At Home Online Instead Of At Work

As information super highways become revenue super highways, so do work-at-home opportunities. Thousands of people are quitting their jobs, working from home, and making money online. You can start your own online work-at-home business if you are motivated and have some free time.

Work At Home Online Instead Of At Work

So far this probably sounds like one of those e-mails you always delete advertising one of these so-called online businesses. It’s okay. You aren’t being sold anything here or even suggested an online business that allows you to work from home. The purpose of this article is to inform you of some of the options available. What works for you is up to you.

USE YOUR PRIOR TRAINING OR SKILLS TO FREELANCE

Whatever your expertise may be: writing, coding, painting, or contorting yourself into odd shapes, there are websites that let you find work at home jobs in those fields. Each of these sites operates differently. There are some websites that post job opportunities and allow members to bid on them; there are others that post jobs and have respondents contact the clients directly.

There are some that charge membership fees, and there are some that don’t. Craigslist.com and writerlance.com are excellent websites to find freelance work from home. When looking for a site that fits your skills, search engines are your best friend. You’re sure to find something if you look hard enough.

WRITE ABOUT YOUR FIELD

Blogs are a wonderful way to express yourself. Success and failure have taught you a lot over the course of your life. Maybe you know the best way to filet a salmon or how to count cards so the casino monitors can’t catch you. You’d be surprised how many people want to know this information. Think about starting a blog if you are halfway decent at writing. No matter what you write about, if you can get people to read your blog, you can make money. The writing is only the bait. The food on your plate is what you include with your writing.

Think about your audience when you’re writing. Identify a niche group for your articles, and then target all your money-making plans to that group. A targeted campaign is more likely to be successful than a general campaign. Don’t worry. I’m getting to how to actually make the money.

HERE IT IS, THE MONEY MAKING PART OF YOUR WORK AT HOME BUSINESS!

It is possible to make money online in a number of ways, both using a blog and without. Affiliate marketing is one way to do this. An affiliate marketer puts a link to another website somewhere online, and that site pays you for every click or registration or sale. When you have a blog, affiliate marketing can be a great way to make money, especially if you have a large audience. It is, however, not necessary to be a blogger to take advantage of affiliate marketing.

There are many message boards and forums on the Internet where you can post the links. Affiliate marketing can be a work from home business in and of itself.

Buying and selling items online is another opportunity. Some have written books about making money on eBay and other auction sites, which might be a viable home business for some. There may be others of you who have your own products you would like to sell. Maybe you take nature photography or are in a band or do arts and crafts. Well, you can sell those personalized dream catchers online or those struggling demo CDs.

If you are smart, you will look at a local college and see if there are students looking for experience who will work for a reduced price or as part of a class project. Set up a website using a website design program, learn HTML, or hire someone else to do it for you. When your website is up and running, you can do the rest of the marketing and selling work at home.

Getting your product onto the Internet market can be easy with online communities like TikTok and Facebook. Tapping into Facebook is tapping into millions of people worldwide. So if you’re trying to sell that CD or those photographs, join several of these online communities and market to the other members. Just remember to fo us your profile around your product and business. You’ll be amazed what you can accomplish having a community that size at your fingertips.

HAVE A PLAN

Regardless of what work at home opportunity you choose, make sure you consider it carefully. Make sure you do your homework on the ones you’re using. Learn from other people’s successes and failures. Plan a long-term business strategy with short-term, attainable goals. People who wander haphazardly about the Internet, flitting from online business to another busines don’t make much money. It is possible to work at home and still make money if you plan carefully, have a direction, and make a plan.

Can any Tom, Dick, and Harry Start A Home Business?

First of all, my apologies to anyone who is offended by the title of this article.

I’ll get back to your question now. Is it possible for every Tom, Dick, and Harry to start a home business?

I understand that you may have a different viewpoint than mine. The purpose of this article, just like that of a candle, is to provide some light on home business.

The answer is that “YES” everyone can start a home business. It does not matter where you come from or what education level you have. It is possible for Tom, Dick, and Harry to start a home business.

However, not all Toms, Dicks, and Harrys will succeed at home businesses. This is where most people fail.

For a home business to be successful, what do you need? In order to be successful at home business, you must possess certain qualities.

Can any Tom, Dick, and Harry Start A Home Business?

Listed below are some qualities that will help you maintain and grow your home business:

People who run home businesses are careful with their money.

It is always clear to them how much money they have. The price and value of things are known to them, so they can recognize a bargain when they see it. They are able to maintain their home businesses because of that.

The majority of home business owners earned money when they were teenagers – babysitting, mowing lawns, delivering newspapers, sacking groceries, etc. From here, they gained patience that helped them grow their home businesses.

There is a competitive nature in home business owners.

Many were active in sports and other competitions in high school and college. Others aimed to achieve good grades, and earn the respect of their parents and teachers and earn the respect of their teachers. This quality is very important in a home business.

Home business owners practice the old adage: “The early bird gets the worm.” They sleep and eat enough to stay energetic but don’t spend time on non-productive activities. This allows them to focus on growing their business.

Home business entrepreneurs who succeed are risk-takers and trust their hunches. Taking risks can be small first steps, like placing your first ad in a mail-order publication. Starting or growing a home business may be impossible without this quality.

They have a knack for home business.

The people in this group are constantly thinking of new ideas for making money or increasing their home business. They are not afraid to implement these new ideas.

Home business entrepreneurs tend to be lone wolves rather than a social butterfly.

This is one of the reasons why many entrepreneurs are attracted to home businesses, and mail-order businesses. They prefer a solitary work environment (home business).

A successful home business owner is usually a person of honor.

Handshakes and promises are their basis for doing business. It is common for them to form strong relationships with others who share the same work ethic.

Home business owners set aside time for leisure activities and family time. Work is their primary form of relaxation, but downtime and family time are important to them as well.

The majority of home business owners do not retire. Even when they think they’re ready to retire, they always jump back in with a new project or get an idea they just can’t ignore.

Home businesses that succeed are run by professionals. They operate just like they would in an office building in a major city, whether they work from their bedroom, kitchen table, or a modern, well-appointed home office. During work, they don’t let outside influences distract them.

Generally, successful home business owners have high energy, feel self-confident, set long-term goals, and view money and financial security as a measure of accomplishment. In order to be successful, they continuously solve problems, take risks, learn from their failures (both their own and others), take the initiative, accept personal responsibility, and use all resources available to them. Home business owners who succeed compete with themselves and believe that success or failure lies within their control.

Hopefully, this article will be helpful to anyone who wants to start a home business.

Keep in mind that everyone can start a home business, but what differentiates successful home business owners from failures are outlined above. Good luck.

How to Raise Money for Product Creation

Here’s a sneaky little underused tactic for making money before you even create your product: Decide what your product is going to be and write an outline for it. From this, create a list of bullet points that presell the product.

How to Raise Money for Product Creation

Now using these bullet points, offer your upcoming product to your list as a Beta test.

Tell your list:

  • The product is being created right now
  • They will get the product the moment it’s finished – expected delivery date is ___
  • They are getting a killer deal because you want and need their feedback
  • They are your beta testers. If it’s software, they will look for bugs. If it is written material, they will let you know about typos, what they think should be added, etc.
  • Once you get their feedback, you will fix any bugs, add what’s missing, fix typos, etc. and send them the finalized, polished version.
  • You will then offer the product to the public for a significantly higher price than they paid.

Not only does this give you some money up front to work with – it also provides you with valuable feedback you can use to make your product even better than you originally planned. Guaranteed a handful of your beta testers will give you suggestions you never would have thought of by yourself – suggestions that can greatly increase your sales later.

In fact, the feedback aspect alone makes this technique well worth doing. One caution: Do not be tempted to give away your Beta product – 9 out of 10 people you give it away to will never get back to you with feedback because they have nothing invested. When you charge something, even if it’s only a paltry sum, the number of users who give you feedback will greatly increase.

The one exception to the previous rule is people you personally know, like friends and JV partners. Because you already have a relationship with them, they don’t need to financially invest in order to feel vested in your success.

Special bonus for using this technique: Ask your Beta testers for testimonials you can use in your sales material.

5 Home Business Solutions for the Homemaker

If you stay at home and want to earn an income for yourself or your family, now is the best time to do so. With so many opportunities online, you can easily start your own home business with just a computer, Internet connection, desk, and chair! It does not matter whether you wish to start a part-time or full-time home business. Here are a few excellent solutions.

  1. Make Money Online by Offering Web-related Services

You can earn money online by offering Web design, graphic design, Internet marketing, or other Web-related services to others if you have the necessary skills. There are many homemakers and business people just like you who are getting online to start a business. They will need their own website, hosting, domain name, company Web logo, and Internet marketing services in order to succeed.

There is a tremendous opportunity for residual income if you can provide these services. Many of these services are paid monthly or annually, so your chances of success are very high.

  1. Educate Others and Work from Home

There is good news for those with special skills and a passion for teaching. You no longer have to apply for a teaching job at a school or university. You can now create your own training website and teach others from your home. There is an increasing number of people who are seeking information on the Internet every day. Currently, many parents are providing instruction, selling e-books, and maintaining instructional websites while staying at home with their children. It’s a great way to make money online without paying high daycare bills!

As well as online home businesses, there are unique home business solutions where you can sign up with a company that provides training to students for you. By promoting their educational services, you can potentially earn a large amount of residual income.

  1. Take advantage of an MLM opportunity

MLM has grown rapidly in recent years as a result of online technology. People are increasingly making money online by participating in MLM through online resources such as email, websites, and instant messaging.

If you decide to join an MLM company, be certain that it is trustworthy. Make sure to investigate the company before you sign on, or hire a company to conduct your investigation. An excellent place to begin is a reputable MLM directory. Several different home business solutions will be investigated by these companies, and only those that are legitimate and offer the greatest profit potential will be listed.

  1. Niche Home Business Solutions

Several homemakers make substantial incomes by offering niche products or services. For example, if a mother enjoys sewing baby clothing, she may decide to sell her items on her own website or through consignment shops. For instance, a father who enjoys doing home improvement can start a “handyman” e-zine and sell tools and related products. When a young college student discovers the secrets of college life, he or she creates his or her own newsletter regarding college life.

A number of other niche home business ideas can be found online, including baking, hunting, fishing, music instruction, handmade crafts, handmade furniture, parenting, pets, weddings, gardening, and sports.

  1. Investments

The Internet makes it easier than ever to invest in the stock market if you enjoy taking your chances on it. Investing in Forex, a popular and lucrative currency exchange market, is one way that many homemakers earn money online. Some earn money by investing in traditional stocks. If this is your passion, you can do it from home with minimal effort.

You should be aware that there are many scams with companies trying to get you to invest in fake stocks. Be careful with every opportunity, and ensure that you deal only with well-regarded, well-known stock companies and brokers.

Whatever solution you choose for your home business, use online directories and the testimonials of other online business owners in order to identify the opportunities that are most suitable for your schedule and budget.

You’re Doing Affiliate Marketing All Wrong

What’s the easiest way to make money online, without having to create a product or a sales page? Affiliate marketing, of course. 🙂

So, why is it that most affiliate marketers never make nearly what they could make? Anyone has the potential to make HUGE money in affiliate marketing, yet 90% or more of affiliates make a pittance (I’ll wager the number is closer to 98%, in fact.)

You’re Doing Affiliate Marketing All Wrong

Think about this: If you earn an average of $50 on each sale in a sales funnel you promote, and you make 6 sales, you’ve made $300. Sounds good, right?

But guaranteed, there is someone else who made 600 sales and walked away with $30,000.

Why did they make 600 sales when you made just 6?

There are reasons why a handful of affiliate marketers do amazingly well, and everyone else barely makes a profit.

And marketers who understand this will always have a tremendous advantage over marketers who don’t.

1: Build a Relationship

I know you’ve heard it before, but are you doing it? People buy people, not products.

If you want them to open your email and click your link, or visit your Facebook Group and click a link, you’ve got to have a RELATIONSHIP with your people.

This is so simple to do, yet few marketers take the time.

Start with a blog post that is all about you, and then send new opt-ins to the post so they can get to know you. Make the post silly, funny and most of all REAL. Talk about the stupid stuff you’ve done, the mistakes you’ve made, where you live and so forth.

Do you have a strange hobby or unusual taste in food? Include that. Do you have 17 pets? Talk about them. Do you work until 3 in the morning and sleep until noon? Mention that.

Reveal the real you. Not the details people don’t want, but the ones that amuse and interest. You’re looking to make a real connection, not give a resume.

And above all else, don’t make your life seem like a series of magnificent accomplishments. No one is going to relate to someone who turns everything they touch into gold.

But they are going to relate to the time you bought Bitcoin when it was worthless and sold it just before it took off, or the time you thought you could fly and jumped off your uncle’s barn into the manure pile.

And don’t stop with your ‘about me’ page, either. Use this relationship building in your lead magnet, your emails, your other blog posts and so forth.

Always inject a little bit about yourself. Not so much that you bore people, of course, or make everything seem about you. But just enough to keep it real.

Think about relating an event to a friend. Aren’t you going to give your own perceptions of what happened, as well as tell about how you got out of your car and stepped in the mud puddle just before your big presentation?

Use this same method of personal, one-on-one friend communication with your readers as well.

Post on your blog as often as possible, and we’re talking every day or two. Encourage your list to subscribe to Feedburner or the equivalent so they know when you add a new post.

Your readers will realize you’re a real person who isn’t out to pitch them a new product every 5 minutes. And they’ll gladly read your sales emails much more readily when they know there is a real live human being who is sending them these messages.

2: Use Your Own Voice

How many emails do you receive that say something along the lines of, “Buy this product – this product is the greatest product ever – you will be sorry if you miss this – so rush right over and buy it now.”

Yeah. Same old stuff, over and over again.

There is a marketer (or maybe several, but I’m thinking of one in particular) who sells MASSIVE quantities of this exact type of emails as a swipe file to new marketers.

Like a brand-new marketer couldn’t write their own 25 word email that basically says, “GO BUY THIS NOW!”

People are TIRED of getting these emails. You’re tired of getting these emails. I’m tired of getting these emails.

Same phrases, same message, same B.S.

If you’re not going to stand apart from the crowd, then you’re going to have to share the same crumbs they’re getting.

Instead, take 30 minutes and write your own promotional email in your own voice.

Forget hype. Be sincere. Be honest. “Hey, this product isn’t for everyone. I don’t even know if it’s for you. But if you have this problem, then maybe this is your solution. Check it out and decide if it’s right for you, because I know it’s worked like crazy for some people. And it’s on sale right now, too.”

I’ve written emails where I basically tell people not to buy something unless they really really want it or need it. “Don’t buy this if you already know how to do xyz.” “Don’t buy this if you’re not going to be doing this type of marketing.” This is only for people who want (fill in the blank.) It’s like I’m trying to talk them out of it, which paradoxically often results in more sales, not fewer.

But the point isn’t tricking them into buying; it’s to be honest. Because you know what? That latest, greatest product you’re promoting ISN’T what everyone on your list needs. Some of them, sure. The rest of them, no.

Do you have any idea how refreshing it is to open an email that says, “Here’s a new product, thought you might want to know, but please don’t buy it if you’re not going to use it.”

The first time I got an email like that, I bought the product without even reading the sales letter. True story. I was just so happy that someone wasn’t ramming a sale down my throat, that I jumped at the chance to buy it.

Weird but true.

My point is, be you. Be honest. Talk to your readers as though they are your best friends and you don’t want to lose your best friends by acting like a carnival barker who is here today and pulled up stakes (vanished) tomorrow with their money.

3: Email a LOT

This is the one where people like to argue with me, and I understand that.

You’ve heard over and over again that you shouldn’t email too often, or you’ll upset your subscribers, right?

After all, every time you email, there is the potential that a subscriber will hit the unsubscribe button.

Do you know what the potential is when you DON’T email? Nothing. No opens, no clicks, no sales… not even any relationship building.

Do you want people to open and read your emails? Then send out those emails EVERY DAY.

Here’s why:

First, almost no one will see every email you send out. Let’s say you’ve got a sale on one of your products. Don’t you think your readers might like to know about it? But if they miss the one and only email you send that lets them know, then they’ve missed out on the discount and you LOST a sale.

Second, send emails at different times. I opened someone’s email just yesterday, decided I was VERY interested in the new membership he was selling, clicked the link and discovered it was no longer available.

What happened? This particular marketer only sends out emails at 1:00 a.m. my time, so I don’t even see most of his emails in the avalanche of mail I get before I wake up.

Third, if you’re sending email once a week or once a month, your readers are forgetting who the heck you are. And when you finally do send an email, they think it’s spam.

Fourth, if you mail more often, you will make more money. Don’t take my word on this, just do it for one month. Send out one email per day, every day, for 30 days. Put a promotion in each one. See if you haven’t made more – a LOT more – money during that time period than during the previous month.

And by the way, I’m not saying JUST send out a promotion in each email. Make sure you have some content in there as well, even if it’s just an amusing anecdote.

4: Think of affiliate marketing as a BUSINESS

This isn’t a hobby, nor is it an add-on for an additional income stream.

Even if you go on vacation, be prepared to send out an email every day. Schedule them in advance or write them on vacation. Either way, affiliate marketing to your list is a business that you can’t just jump into when you need cash and forget about the rest of the time.

You don’t have many support issues, since the product owners handle this. You don’t have to worry about creating products, sales pages and so forth. You don’t have to drive traffic, unless it’s to build your list bigger.

With so much you don’t have to do, there’s no reason not to focus your time and energy into building relationships with your list and promoting to them every single day.

Affiliate marketing can be some of the easiest money you’ve ever made, if you put in the time and effort to make it a real business.

3 Simple Tips For Making Money Online Even If You Don’t Have Anything To Sell!

Have an idea about making money online but don’t know where to start?

The Internet offers a variety of ways for you to earn money – even if you do not have a product to sell. As with any business, running an online business requires time and effort. However, you can start without any products, so most people do not face this roadblock.

If you wish to run an online business, you do not need to be a computer expert, but you do have to be able to set up a website on your own, or to be able to pay someone else to do it for you.

Here are 3 simple ways to make money online even if you don’t have your own product:

Affiliate programs

You can become an affiliate by selling other people’s products. You will receive a percentage of the sale, or you may make an additional fee for each request for more information from a customer. There are many large retailers that offer affiliate programs as well as many smaller retailers (with a lot of products and services). It is not a wise idea to compete directly with a major retailer such as Wal-Mart, Target, or Amazon. Rather than attempting to reach out to a large group of people, you would be better served to find a “niche” that serves a smaller group of people.

It may be more beneficial for you to start a fishing site than to sell sporting goods to everyone, such as canoes and fishing products for those who enjoy freshwater fishing rather than selling sporting goods to everyone. Smaller retailers may also offer specialized fishing products to those with extensive fishing knowledge, while Wal-Mart sells the basics for beginners.

If you’re interested in making money online, you may want to start with JVZoo (https://www.jvzoo.com), and you’ll get an idea of what you can sell. Be creative when finding your niche, and you’ll soon be making money online.

Adsense from Google

In Google, AdSense is an advertising program (there are other advertising programs out there, but for now, Google’s is the biggest and most popular). When someone clicks on your ads, you earn money. In accordance with the topic of each web page, Google will automatically determine which ads are best for your site. The code is placed on your website, and Google does the rest.

A program like Google is easy to use, and if your website gets a lot of visitors, you can earn a substantial income. However, you can also sell individual ads, and set your own terms and prices. If you are interested in finding a niche, create a website around that topic, and Google will be able to determine the most effective ads for your visitors, and you will be able to succeed.

Write a “How-To” booklet

A simple way to get started if you do not wish to sell other people’s products, but do not have the money to produce your own is to write your own “how-to” booklet. Choose a topic that interests you, and begin writing. Information products are always good sellers – the key is solving a specific problem. The fishing niche mentioned above may include “How to catch freshwater fish” as well as “How to plan a fishing vacation on a limited budget” as possible topics.

Search for “creating information products” or “writing e-books” and you will find lots of resources. Once you create your product, Clickbank.com offers a simple service to help you sell it, and there are many other sites that can assist you in setting it up.

Once again, be creative, there are many problems out there that people need help with. Offering a good solution can generate significant income for you.

Making money online takes more than just building a website. You need to pick the right products or services. You need to find the right audience to sell those products or services. Then you need to promote your website to enough people in order to make money. For the time being, you should have enough ideas to get you going – even if you do not have a product to sell yet.

Increase Sales! Traffic! through Traffic Blazer?

What is Traffic Blazer and what are its benefits?

Search engines like Google, Yahoo!, and MSN account for a large portion of your website traffic. People will come to your site by word of mouth, but being in the top 10 for specific search terms is an easy way to get your name out. To increase your visibility on the internet and to make you more money, Traffic Blazer promotes your business and website in a variety of ways that I will describe shortly. With a few clicks and some information entering, your site will be promoted in a matter of minutes.

Let’s see how it claims to market your website.

1) Through Blog Search Engine Submission. I have recently come across this method and have begun and submitted my own blog in regard to Web Design / Domain Names. Blogs seem to be the new “it thing” to get your site out there quickly. People read your blog and from your blog, you can link to your website to gain one way links to your website. This will increase your chances of gaining a higher search engine ranking. So it naturally seems to me submitting them to blog search engines will get your blog more in the spotlight and increase your traffic further.

Just be careful if you decide to create a blog, and submit it to blog search engines. Don’t post too often in your blogs, only 1-2 times per day, or else it may be perceived by the search engines that you are using the blog only to gain advertising. This may hurt you in the long run, such as dropping in ranking or even being completely wiped out of the search engine ranking.

2) Through actual Search Engine and Directories Submission. This is very useful as the more search engines that list you, the greater it will have your site out on the internet for people to see. If you do this by hand as I did, this is a very time consuming task, and having it automated helps the process a lot. It claims to submit to over 200 search engines and directories which is good, but in reality, there are about four you definitely need to submit to google, yahoo, MSN, and DMOZ. This may seem like this step is pointless to submit to over 200 places, but the more you get the name out there the better. Some people are dedicated to using smaller search engines and this can generate extra business you would not have otherwise.

3) Site Optimization – it says it will position your website for top rankings with Google and other leading search engines, but I am still unclear as to how. My guess would be it suggests replacement words in your content to allow the major search engines to clearly see what the page is about. I still think your own site optimization, if you know how to optimize it for the search engines, is the best option. Otherwise, this may be a viable option for people with lesser experience in optimizing.

4) Site Analysis – It analyzes your site’s strengths and potential weaknesses to help you secure crucial search engine success. This is a great tool in my opinion, as it may see something that you do not in your site that may be causing your rankings to be lower than they should be.

5) Keyword Optimization – It helps you find effective keywords for your website. One benefit of using Traffic Blazer for this is it shows you the words and phrases actual search engine users have searched for that are related to your site and will optimize the site for these keywords. This definitely is a great asset.

6) List Checking Report / Ranking Report – it tells you where you are located in the major search engines. This is useful if you quickly want to know where you stand in the search engines for particular search phrases. Trying to find your site ranking in the search engines is tedious by hand, and this will reduce the time it takes to find this information.

7) HTML Verification – checks your site for HTML code problems. This is a great tool; you should always ensure your page’s HTML is up to W3C standards. You can look at http://www.w3.org/ to find out about these standards, and I believe there is also an online checker there provided for free, as an alternative to using it through Traffic Blazer, but will not provide as clear results.

8) Robots.txt / Robots Meta Tag Generator – prevents incomplete or unwanted pages from being crawled and indexed by search engine spiders.

9) Traffic Essentials – you receive a free guide to search engine optimization and the search engine industry. Many other places will charge as much as the cost of Traffic Blazer for similar guides, however, this package is included here. This definitely will increase your awareness of what search engine optimization is and why you definitely need to do it for your website to increase traffic and sales!

Overall I think this looks like a great package, and although many will agree you can do lots of this “Marketing” on your own, Traffic Blazer does allow you to complete the same in a much shorter time. The time savings you get from using this and not having to do it on your own definitely makes paying the cost and purchasing Traffic Blazer something you should look into.

One thing I do not mention is the cost of Traffic Blazer and you may find it at various sources.

At Domains at Retail, the cost is only $39.95 / year. This is an excellent price if you have limited search engine optimization experience, and do not want to hire the services of a professional who can not even guarantee top placement.

You can view more information at Domains at Retail: Traffic Blazer site: http://www.domainsatretail.com/trafficblazer.html

Hope I have helped give insight into this product, and if it is the right product for you!

Good Luck with your Search Engine Optimization strategies and success!

The Blind Spot Of “Long Tail Keyword”

Like every Internet marketer, after taking some courses and readings, I started doing Adwords campaign applying a lot of “long tail keywords”, and I must say that the result is it sucked! Excuse my words, but that is the best word to describe my campaign!

It is important to learn how to interpret the theory behind the experts by testing their theory and continuously modifying and perfecting it.

What matters behind “long tail keywords” is determining the “right long tail keywords”. How will we ensure that such long tail keywords are used by the people (prospects) to find their answers?

In “Research and testing”, find out what’s happening in the niche by visiting forums, blogs, article directories and anything else that talks about it. Identify the wording, the problem, and the solution! Research the keyword list with a keyword tool as usual. Start with the generic search terms found during research, don’t dig too deeply into long tail keywords just yet. Watch and observe closely, determine which keyword gets the most clicks or impressions, and track which organic keyword drives traffic to your site (Google Analytics will do the job).

Once you have found the gold in your niche, expand your research and tested keywords into “long tail keywords”.

This is my fastest way to PPC marketing and niche marketing, through identifying the process, finding the weak point, and creating your own product to market.

To do keyword research effectively, you need to simulate your customer, put yourself in their shoes, feel like them, think like them, and ask yourself what you want, what’s the problem and how to fix it. It is always a good idea to open up your keyword research tools while you are thinking and confirm the market every time you have an idea!

While Google is the largest provider of PPC marketing, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter will likely convert sales better in terms of conversion and profitability because they are less competitive. Try all possible providers before you limit yourself to one. If Google has 60% market share and you do not fill up the 40% gap, you are losing money.

Lastly, let me share my 3 tips for a successful marketing campaign:

  1. Provides a solution to a problem, not just a product to fill the gap. You will experience a huge increase in conversions. (Make your customer’s life easier, this is the key to long-term success, especially when you are trying to build a good relationship)
  2. Track your website traffic, and visitors’ behavior, and split test your ads, landing pages, and sales pages.
  3. During testing, eliminate the “loss” factors, increase the “profit” factors, and consistently monitor and improve the campaign.

Hope this information is helpful, and you are welcome to share any ideas and thoughts with me.

Ask Yourself One Question! Can I Make Money With Affiliate Marketing?

It doesn’t matter if you’re interested in Affiliate Marketing or you’re looking for other ways to make money online, I know you’ve been exploring the internet for businesses. You can only find this series there. I imagine you have found a few that appeal to you now that we agree you have been looking for an opportunity.

When you look around for more than a few hours, you realize some tall promises about making huge money by clicking a few buttons and turning your computer into a cash-generating machine. Well, if it was that easy everyone would be doing it and nobody would be telling you how you could do it; they would keep the secret to themselves. If that were the case, then why are so many people making claims, selling them, or otherwise getting those ideas to you?

I want to let you know that, you, my fine Affiliate Marketing friend, are the reason those ads are out there. You, as the customer, must buy into those various different ideas and then pay for them. As we go through this series, we will look at the various different opportunities that exist on the internet and see what you think you can do to make some money doing what the seller is selling.

It is your belief that you too could make some money doing whatever it is the seller is selling. As a beginner in internet marketing, I don’t claim to be an expert on everything; however, I will share with you some of the things that have guided me on my journey.

However, before we can do anything, I need you to ask yourself one very important question. The answer to this question will determine everything you do online. It comes before you determine what type of business you might be looking for, before you make a business plan, before you get money for your business before you get a website before you pick a business name; even before breakfast!

The question is:

Do you want to make money on the Internet because you want or need money? But that’s not enough! Why do you need money? Buying something? Getting out of debt? Getting a house, a car, a trip? Do you just want to be stinkin’ rich? If you don’t have a “why”, you might as well just give up right now, send me $20, and move on. The internet isn’t the place for you.

I know, that sounds pretty crass! Well, it is; but, it’s the truth. If you have been at this for more than an hour, you know by now, you won’t make money quickly! It’s sales hype. If you don’t have a “why” etched in stone and tattooed on your forehead or painted on the wall in front of you, you WILL fail! That I can guarantee you

If you want a business to work, you have to be determined, whether you’re in the real world or online. On the internet, it’s easy to get distracted, discouraged, derailed, etc. There must be a “why” that is unique to you and your situation and that drives you.

If you get a good enough “why” you can succeed online or anywhere for that matter. I will show you the ropes in future installments. During this time, I want you to take out a piece of paper and a writing tool and write down all the reasons “why” you want to make money online. Be specific! Next time, we’ll have a quiz! It’s a really personal experience for you. Get some real reasons down on paper and be completely honest with yourself.

For me, I was tired of asking to go o vacation. Or not having enough money to go on vacation, I need to be my own boss and wake up when I wanted to not when I had to. That is my “Why”

I found my why. You MUST find yours.

Stone Evans; known as The Home-Biz Guy around the internet, says you must have three intangibles if you are to be successful. The first is “why”, which we covered above, next is:

“You must BELIEVE that it is possible.”

“If you don’t believe that it’s POSSIBLE for you to make money with affiliate programs or make your living on the Internet, you won’t. It’s that simple.”

“Realizing it was possible was just a matter of realizing that people were ALREADY making great money online. If they were doing it, so could I. It was just a matter of adapting what they were doing to my situation.”

People (millions of them) are making money online with affiliate programs without a doubt. Just do some research online and you’ll find countless testimonials and stories of REAL PEOPLE making real money on the Internet. You will also find the same documented evidence in your local bookstore. You can make money online with affiliate programs becoming easier and easier.

“Affiliate marketing” is the job of the future, I’ve always said. In the “old” days, you had to go to a potential employer, apply for the position, and hope for the best. Now you can just apply for an affiliate program with any company, and you’re off and running. Affiliate programs are the new working class. You can make a lot of money online or earn a living with affiliate programs.

Affiliate marketing is the “job” of the future that’s already here TODAY.

The last intangible you MUST have is:

You must be willing to MAKE THE LEAP.

Ready, FIRE, then aim… In order to succeed with affiliate marketing, you MUST adopt this operating philosophy.

In most cases, people prefer to aim before firing. The Internet is a moving target… It is only change that is constant. You need to stop analyzing the game and just jump into it. It is impossible to learn from the outside… You must be IN THE RING to truly understand it.

I call this “Making the Leap.” This is what I mean when I say you can never really be ready to start an affiliate marketing business. You simply have to do it.

The good news is that the cost of failure on the Internet is very small. In the “brick and mortar” world, you need to evaluate things very carefully before you decide to open up a business. In order to start a successful offline business, you usually have to invest thousands of dollars. However, you can usually get started on the Internet for less than $100.

Get IN THE GAME… Each moment you stay “out there,” you’re wasting valuable time you could be learning the skills necessary to become an affiliate marketer. Make the leap to becoming an affiliate marketer today! If you’re not in the game yet, you’re already behind the times.

Let me help you get started if you have little funds to invest, how about a free website with built in affiliate programs, you can start for as little as 10 bucks the cost of a domain name. It’s all set up for you to profit out of the gate. Perfect for beginners. Take that leap
